Due to administrative and other issues that needed to be resolved, the Larkfleet Group ceased operations on October 31st 2021, when it sold the Larkfleet Homes and Allison Homes companies.

In keeping with the pre-sale strategy, Larkfleet Group and Larkfleet Limited will continue to pursue a number of additional claims and matters pertaining to the sale, including the sale and other related matters.
